All of the inhabitants of Koas are represented by AsuVa (the Cooperation Delegation of the KOAS Tenant Committees). Each committee selects its AsuVa representative for the related housing site. AsuVa is the link between the committees and Koas. The AsuVa delegation meets approximately once a month to discuss matters concerning all of the Koas housing sites and to organise common events and trips for both all residents and residential activists. During the years, AsuVa has organised various events including a possibility to experience the Megazone adventure, a visit to trampoline park, trips to natural parks, Särkänniemi amusement park and Ikea, theatre trips, etc. The participation fee for all these trips is only a few euros.

All events organised by AsuVa, such as the events during the Neighbour weeks, are free to the residents of Koas.
