Tenant committee of Auvilankuja
The tenant committee organises events and trips for the residents. The committee has a budget which is spent on events and purchases for shared use. If you have ideas or suggestions for activities or purchases, you are welcome to contact the tenant committee! Previously, we have been to the cinema together and organised the activity room opening party.
All residents are welcome to attend the meetings of the tenant committee; the dates/times are informed on the bulletin board no later than four days prior to the meeting. The tenant committee is elected for a one year term annually during the General Meeting of Residents.
Common room
The equipment in the common room located on the ground floor of Auvilankuja includes a bike service point, TV, lamination device, printer and board games for the use of the residents. The TV can be used for watching for example Netflix using one’s own PIN code (remember to sign out afterwards!). Please inform the tenant committee if the printer runs out of ink or paper or if something is missing or damaged in the activity room.
